INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 cups of water
2 cups White Pre-Cooked Corn Meal P.A.N.
1tsp of salt
oil to grease the skillet

Follow the steps on your P.A.N. packet or the instructions below:

In a large bowl pour 2 1/2 cups of water. Then pour 2 cups of Harina P.A.N.and a teaspoon of salt, mixing with fingers to remove clumps. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.

Once the dough has set, divide the dough into balls, using the palms of your hands to flatten them into discs.

Place the discs in a lightly greased skillet and grill the arepas for five minutes on each side.

Cut open, stuff with your desired filling, share, and enjoy!
