Welcome to my Supermoto Build Series! In this series, I will be showing you the entire process of making a dirt bike street legal and converting it to a supermoto. This is being done on my 2015 Honda CRF450R. I'll cover parts needed, requirements, a little bit of installation how-to, but most of all, having fun showing you the choices I make to build a super cool custom supermoto!

In this video (Part 13), we finally get the bike started! We've run into a lot of issues with parts not fitting, getting the wrong parts, things breaking, and just generally life happening, but that's just how builds go. Gotta deal with the ups and downs. But the end can be seen! I finally got the missing stator bolt in so that we could tighten up the stator cover and fill the system with fluids (oil and coolant). Before that, though, we installed the Boyesen Supercooler, a replacement water pump kit with a better design and beefier impeller for MOAR COOLING. It's pretty cool. Also needed to figure out some issues with the wiring of the taillight, but got that taken care of too! And then we started the bike! Yes! She lives!
